LAGUARDIA AIRPORT CTB REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The LaGuardia Redevelopment Project encompasses multiple sub-projects within the airport, aimed at enhancing its infrastructure and facilities. JOADEM, hired by BVNA for PANYNJ-SKANSKA/WALSH JV, has been actively involved in providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) services since August 2018. The scope of services includes Special Inspections and Materials Laboratory Testing on various sub-projects within the redevelopment.

JFK DELTA SKY TEAM TERMINAL 4 PHASE 2.5 REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The Delta Team contracted Joadem Corporation as a third-party Class 1 agency to perform Special Inspections and Materials Testing for T4 Redevelopment project. Aimed at developing a fresh and modern terminal in collaboration with JFKIAT. The objective of the project is to provide an elevated airport experience to travelers in New York.

LIRR 3RD TRACK EXPANSION PROJECT

As part of the LaGuardia Airport Delta Permanent Roadways Project, JOADEM Corporation was hired by Fenagh Engineering and Testing as a subcontractor to provide special inspections and materials testing services as a Class 1 Agency.

The project’s primary focus was the development of a unified upper-level roadway that will serve both Delta terminals at LaGuardia Airport

LAGUARDIA AIRPORT DELTA PERMANENT ROADWAYS PROJECT

The purpose of the LIRR expansion project is to address train congestion and delays, while establishing a more reliable and efficient rail network that enables dependable bi-directional service during peak hours. The project encompasses multiple interconnected initiatives, including the construction of parking garages, retaining walls, improvements to rail bridges, and the elimination of eight street-level grade crossings along a 9.8-mile stretch from Floral Park to Hicksville, NY.

KARTRITE HOTEL AND WATER PARK INSPECTION SERVICES

Kartrite Hotels and Water Park hired JOADEM Corporation to provide QA/QC Special Inspections and Materials Testing on this project.

HEMPSTEAD LAKE STATE PARK – ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION AND RESILIENCY CENTER

JOADEM Corporation has been hired by Crosscheck Inspections to provide visual inspection services for the pile driving operation on the Hempstead Lake State Park updates and improvements project. The project encompasses various enhancements, including renovated trails, repaired dams, the construction of an environmental education and resiliency center, and the addition of 48 new parking spots.

JFK AMERICAN AIRLINES TERMINAL 8 TAXILANE EXTENSION PROJECT

JOADEM Corporation has been hired by American Airlines as a Class 1 agency to perform Special Inspections and Materials Testing for the JFK American Airlines Terminal 8 Taxilane Project. This project is part of a $13 billion modernization program aimed at transforming the airport into an ultramodern global hub, featuring new and restructured terminals.
